摘  要:目的:优小青龙合剂(无糖型)的过滤工艺及质量控制。方法:选用微孔滤膜与纸板组合多级过滤技术替代滤布过滤工艺实验,对小青龙合剂(无糖型)的过滤工艺进行筛选;以盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱含量为指标,考察过滤介质、过滤难易程度、澄明度3个因素。结果:采用纸板与微孔滤膜组合多级过滤技术与滤布过滤相比,能有效提高小青龙合剂的澄明度。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,适合工业化大生产。Objective:To study the best filtration process of Xiaoqinglong mixture(sugar-free).Methods:The multi-stage filter technology combined with microporous membrane and cardboard was used to replace the filter cloth filtration process.The filtration process of Xiaoqinglong Mixture(sugar-free type)was screened.The contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were taken as indexes to investigate the effect of filter media,Filtration degree of ease,clarity three factors.Results:The microporous membrane plus frame filter technology compared with filter cloth can effectively improve the clarity of oral solution.Conclusion:The process is stable and reliable,suitable for large-scale industrial production.
