摘 要:目的:探索规范化培训在不同专业背景麻醉护士培养中的应用。方法:将不同专业背景的护士分为两组,进行统一的2年半规范化培训,培训过程中定期考核。结果:经过规范化的培训后,发现两组的学习成绩和操作技能没有统计学差异,规划化培训是培养麻醉护士的有效方法之一。Objective:To explore the application of standardized training in the training of anesthetic nurses in different professional backgrounds.Methods:Nurses with different professional backgrounds were divided into two groups and received unified 2-year semi-standardized training.The training process was checked regularly.Results:After standardized training,it was found that there was no significant difference between the two groups in academic performance and operational skills.Planned training was one of the effective methods to train anesthesia nurses.
