摘　　要：在《知识产权管理》课程的开设和《企业知识产权管理规范》的颁布的背景下,通过对我国企业知识产权管理现状的研究分析,针对存在的企业知识产权面临的问题,提出了相应的建议。In the context of the establishment of the "Intellectual Property Management" course and the issuance of the "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Regulations",through the research and analysis of the status quo of China's enterprises' intellectual property management,corresponding suggestions were put forward for the problems faced by the existing corporate intellectual property rights.
