摘　　要：随着社会的发展,医学院校学生面临严峻的就业形势,就业压力大,而良好的成才发展规划对于其成长发展及积极就业起到明显的促进作用。在医学院校教学中必须关注学生的成才规划,基于实际制定契合学生特性的成才规划发展方案,加强教育引导,让医学院校学生就业积极,多元发展。本文主要就医学类院校大学生成才规划的实施进行论述,以期实现医学院校专业人才的培养与输出。With the development of society,medical college students is facing the severe employment situation,employment pressure,and good talent development plan for the growth and development and actively play an obvious role in promoting employment.In medical colleges and universities teaching must focus on student self-development planning,based on the actual setting up the characteristic of correspondence students planning and development plan,strengthen the education guidance,let the medical college students employment actively,diversified development.This paper mainly discusses the implementation of college students' planning in medical colleges and universities in order to realize the training and output of professional talents in medical colleges and universities.
