摘　　要：在教育过程中,关注最多的是学生知识掌握的情况、创新能力的培养,往往忽视了对学生品格的塑造和培养。学生的品格在教育中应当处于首位,如果品格不好,即使学习知识再多,创新能力再强,在工作中也不会为他人、为社会做贡献。本文笔者通过多方交流与观察,发现存在的问题,并对此进行分析,提出解决方案。In the course of student education,the most important thing is the knowledge of the students and the cultivation of the creative ability,ignores the cultivation of the students’ character.Students’ character should be in the first place in education.If their character is not good,even if they have more knowledge and more innovative ability,they will not contribute to others and society in their work.The author finds out the existing problems through many exchanges and observations,and analyzes them and proposes solutions.
