新社交媒体环境下高校突发事件网络舆情的特点及应对策略

摘　　要：新社交媒体环境下,高校突发事件越来越容易演变成网络舆情,对师生的影响越来越大。从高校突发事件涉及人员、新社交媒体传播特点、高校学生心理特征和高校应对网络舆情的机制等四个方面简述了目前高校突发事件网络舆情的特点。同时结合国内外学者的研究工作,从加强高校师生心理健康建设,提供法律援助和使用研究生指导委员会的监督作用做到事前预防,事后采用基于大数据的舆情平台的舆情监测功能及时发现舆情,加强舆论引导,为网络舆情管理提供了相应的对策建议。Under the context of new social media,emergencies in colleges and universities are easy to evolve into network public opinions.It is especially worrying that network public opinions have an increasing influence on teachers and students.From the incident involving staff in colleges and universities,the features of new social media,university students’ psychological characteristics and the coping mechanism of network public opinion,briefly describes the characteristics of network public opinion in colleges and universities emergencies.Combined with the research work of domestic and foreign scholars,from strengthening the construction of college teachers and students mental health,providing legal aid,prevent emergencies.After the occurrence of emergencies,the public opinion monitoring function based on big data is used to detect public opinion in time,strengthen public opinion guidance.
