摘　　要：社区卫生服务作为一种基层医疗模式是被世界各国最为认可的一种诊疗模式,家庭责任医生模式是以契约服务的形式为家庭中的每位成员提供持续、调和、惠民性的综合医疗保健服务模式。本文将对社区医疗服务水平现状以及家庭责任医生模式推广过程中面临的问题进行分析,并提出政策建议。Community health service as a primary care mode,is the world’s most recognized a diagnosis mode,family responsibility doctor mode for each member of the family is in the form of contract services to provide continuous,harmonic and raising comprehensive health care service model.This paper will analyze the current situation of community medical service level and the problems faced by the family responsibility doctor model promotion process,and put forward the policy Suggestions.
