井下皮带打滑现象分析及处理措施

摘　　要：官地矿对皮带打滑机理进行分析,得出导致皮带打滑的因素,并提出相应的处理措施。该措施的实施使皮带打滑现象明显减少,打滑维修时间降低,最大限度地提高皮带机正常工作能力,保证了矿井正常生产。The mechanism of belt slippage is analyzed in Guandi Mine,the factors leading to belt slippage are obtained,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.The implementation of this measure reduces the phenomenon of belt skidding,reduces the maintenance time of belt skidding,maximizes the normal working capacity of belt conveyor,and ensures the normal production of mine.
