摘　　要：海洋科技水平决定海洋经济水平,郭力泉等著的《浙江舟山群岛新区海洋科技发展路径研究》是系统探究新区海洋科技发展的一部成功著作。该书选题新颖、视角独到,创新点突出、主脉络清晰,结构独特、逻辑缜密,凸显研究格局,彰显本土特色,展示了新时代海洋科技发展的新理念、新机遇、新举措,为舟山新区深入实施创新驱动发展战略奠定理论基础、提供决策依据。The level of marine science and technology determines the level of marine economy. Guo Liquan’s work The Research on the Development Paths of Marine Science and Technology in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area is a successful masterpiece to systematically explore the development of marine science and technology in the new area. The book is characterized by novel topics, unique perspectives, outstanding innovations, clear main threads, unique structure and comprehensive logic, highlighting both the research pattern and the local characteristics, demonstrating new ideas, new opportunities and new initiatives. The work attempts to lay a theoretical foundation, providing decision-making basis for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area.
