摘 要:目的:探讨麻醉前预加温对胸外科手术患者的影响。方法:将120例胸外科手术患者随机分为4组;分别给予麻醉前毛毯保温,充气式加温毯加温10、20、30 min;术中持续监测患者核心体温变化,包括入室时,麻醉诱导时,手术开始时,手术开始15、30、60、120 min及手术结束时的体温;记录相关并发症发生率。结果:术中保温组患者核心体温变化与三组预加温患者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),三组预加温患者核心体温变化差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);术中保温组患者术中低体温及术后寒战发生率与三组预加温患者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01),三组预加温患者相关并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:胸外科手术患者麻醉前接受充气式加温毯预加温10~30 min,可保持术中体温平稳,并有效减少相关并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of preheating before anesthesia on patients undergoing thoracic surgery.Methods:120 patients with thoracic surgery were randomly divided into 4 groups.Before anesthesia,blankets were insulated and inflatable heating blankets were heated for 10,20 and 30 minutes.During the operation,the patient′s core body temperature changes were continuously monitored,including the body temperature at the time of entering the room,anesthesia induction,operation start,15,30,60,120 minutes after operation start,and the body temperature at the end of the operation.The incidence of related complications was recorded.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the changes of core body temperature between the intraoperative heating group and the three groups of pre-heating patients(P<0.01),while there were no statistically significant differences in the changes of core body temperature between the three groups of pre-heating patients(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia and postoperative chillness between the intraoperative heating group and the three groups of preheating patients(P<0.01),while there were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of related complications between the three groups of preheating patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preheating for 10~30 minutes before anesthesia using inflatable blanket on thoracic surgery patients can maintain a stable intraoperative body temperature and effectively reduce the incidence of related complications.
