摘　　要：生产自动化程度反映制造企业的生产效率,生产自动化的实现能力反映企业的研发能力和生存能力。生产自动化能节约人力成本,提高产品质量和生产效率。对一些中小型企业来说,自我研发自动化生产设备,满足生产自动化的同时不产生过高的成本,意义很大。基于VB实现的LED灯光颜色识别系统是企业根据自身需要自我研发的颜色识别系统,该系统结构简单,成本低,效果好,有利于企业提高生产效率,降低生产成本。The degree of production automation reflects the production efficiency of manufacturing enterprises, and the realization ability of production automation reflects the research and development ability and survival ability of enterprises. Production automation can save manpower cost, improve product quality and production efficiency. For some small and medium-sized enterprises, it is of great significance to develop automatic production equipment to meet the production automation without incurring excessive costs. The LED light color recognition system based on VB is a self-developed color recognition system for enterprises according to their own needs. The system has simple structure, low cost and good effect. It can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs for enterprises.
