示范性现代职业院校学校内部治理实践研究——以泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校为例

摘　　要：完善高校内部治理作为全面深化教育综合改革、建立现代大学制度的重要内容,是提升学校办学质量,推进内涵式发展的重要保障。结合实际,分析研究学校内部治理的概念、背景、意义及现状,并从贯彻学校章程、完善领导机制、完善运行机制、调整权力机制和加强民主监督等五个方面进行探索,提出实施精准治理的实践策略,以期推进治理体系与治理能力现代化。Perfecting the internal governance of colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as colleges and universities) as an important content of comprehensively deepening the comprehensive reform of education and establishing the modern university system is an important guarantee to improve the quality of running schools and promote the development of connotative style. Combining with the reality,make a careful analysis of the concept,background,significance and current situation of the internal governance of the school,and explore from five aspects: implementing the school charter,perfecting the leadership mechanism,perfecting the operation mechanism,adjusting the power mechanism and strengthening democratic supervision,and puts forward practical strategies for implementing the precise governance in order to promote the modernization of the governance system and governance capacity.
