摘  要:采用一体化悬浮澄清超滤组合工艺,研究组合工艺对以高岭土模拟浊度和腐植酸模拟天然有机物的不同配水水质处理效果,并用比通量和膜污染指数评价膜污染情况。结果表明:组合工艺处理效果稳定,出水浊度稳定小于0.1 NTU,对浊度、COD_(Mn)和UV_(254)的去除率分别能达到99%、62%和40%以上。通过膜污染指数看出,水质条件对膜污染影响显著。当进水腐植酸含量不变时,高岭土浊度越大,比通量衰减越缓慢,膜污染指数越小。从正交试验和相关性分析结果可知浊度是影响膜污染的显著因素,高岭土浊度与膜污染指数之间呈强负相关,表明高岭土浊度的存在,有利于降低腐植酸对膜污染影响,提高膜的耐污染性能。Integrated process of blanket clarifier and ultrafiltration was introduced as a novel water treatment technology to research removal efficiency of turbidity and organic matter.Membrane fouling was evaluated by specific flux and fouling index.The results showed that the combined process was stable,turbidity of treated water was less than 0.1 NTU,and the removal rate of turbidity,COD Mn and UV 254 reached 99%,62%and 40%,respectively.The membrane fouling index showed that the water quality had a significant effect on membrane fouling.When the content of humic acid in the feed water was kept constant,the more turbidity of kaolin present in water the more slowly the flux attenuated and the less the fouling index was obtained.The results of orthogonal test and correlation analysis showed that kaolin was the main factor affecting membrane fouling,significantly.There had strong negative correlation between kaolinite content and membrane fouling index,which showed that the existence of the turbidity was helpful to reduce the effect of humic acid on membrane fouling and improve the resistance to fouling of the membrane.
