摘  要:为探讨影响打破紫斑牡丹种子上胚轴和上胚轴休眠的因素,本试验调查了低温层积处理及温度、相对湿度和GA3浓度及处理时间对种子发芽和出苗的影响。结果表明:层积处理30d、处理温度为25℃、相对湿度为(50±5)%、GA3浓度为300mg/L,处理时间为24h时,紫斑牡丹种子发芽率最高,说明该条件对打破下胚轴休眠的效果最佳。用300mg/L GA3处理发芽的种子24h时,出苗率可达90%以上,表明该处理对打破紫斑牡丹种子上胚轴休眠具有明显的效果。In order to explore the effects of different treatments on the cocotyledon and hypocotyl of Paeonia rockii seeds,effects of different treatments including low temperature stratification,temperature,relative humidity,and GA3 concentration and treatment time on promoting seed germination and emergence were investigated.The results showed that the germination rate of Paeonia rockii seeds was the highest when the seeds treated by low temperature stratification for 30 days,the incubator temperature was 25℃,the relative humidity was(50±5)%,the GA3 concentration was 300mg/L,and the treatment time was24 h.The seeds treated with 300mg/L GA3 combined with soaking for 24 hwere optimal for seeding and the seeding rate was over 90%.
