传统武术与中医融合的历史经验及其启示

摘　　要：基于文化自信与历史溯源,借鉴传统武术与中医融合的经验,以启迪现实体育与医疗融合发展。研究认为:传统武术和中医起源的同根性,蕴含着整体健康的观念;技法的互利性,凸显出医术与功法的协同;目的的同一性,贯穿于防范与诊治的全程;传承的交融性,培养了亦武亦医型的人才。从理念融合、技术融合、业务融合、人才融合等方面获得启示:强化"体育+医疗"的大健康观念;构建体育与医疗技术的互补模式;优化预防兼顾治疗的业务流程;培养亦体亦医的复合人才。Based on cultural confidence and historical tracing,the authors learnt from the experience in the fusion of traditional Wushu and traditional Chinese medicine,so as to inspire the development of the fusion of reality sports and medical treatment.The authors drew the following conclusions:the nature of traditional Wushu and traditional Chinese medicine having the same origin contains the concept of holistic health;skill mutual benefiting highlights the synergy of medical skills and martial skills;purpose sameness runs through the entire process of prevention,diagnosis and treatment;inheritance blending has cultivated martial and medical combined talents.Inspirations derived from such aspects as conception fusion,technology fusion,business fusion and talent fusion are as follows:intensify the grand health conception of“sports+medical treatment”;establish a sports and medical technology mutually complementing mode;optimize the business procedure of prevention coupled with treatment;cultivate martial and medical combined talents.
