摘　　要：颅底手术入路在引领指向病变目标中起重要作用,手术入路的选择应是个性化的设计,通常是参照经典手术的改良。当前新技术可以提高手术安全性和手术便利。手术医师在选择和设计颅底手术入路时还应重视与相关学科的协调。The surgical approach of skull base plays an important role as an essential axis directing to the target of the disease.The option of such an operation should depend on the individual design, usually a design modified with reference to classic design.The current advanced techniques may be available in the improvement of the surgical safety and convienence of management of the operation.The surgeon should pay much attention to the coordination with related disciplines while taking the option of surgical approach into consideration.
