摘 要:以制浆中段废水为研究对象,首先采用正交实验研究了石墨烯促进Fenton氧化的各影响因素间的显著程度,然后通过单因素实验研究了废水pH值、石墨烯加入量以及H_2O_2加入量对废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,石墨烯促进Fenton氧化的各影响因素间的显著程度为废水pH值>石墨烯加入量> H_2O_2加入量> n(Fe2+)∶n(H_2O_2);加入石墨烯后,Fenton反应的最佳pH值由4提高至6;石墨烯最佳加入量为3 mg/L;随着H_2O_2的不断加入,制浆中段废水降解效果先不断升高而后趋于平稳,H_2O_2的最佳加入量为7 mL/L。Fenton反应体系符合一级反应动力学方程,加入石墨烯的Fenton反应速率常数k为0.0632 min-1,比传统Fenton反应速率常数大,表明制浆中段废水的降解速率明显加快。The orthogonal test was used to investigate the significances of the influencing factors in Fenton oxidation treatment of middle stage pulping effluent with the existence of graphene.The results showed that the important degree of various factors was as follows: pH value> graphene dosage> H2O2 dosage> the molar ratio of Fe^2+ to H2O2.Then, effects of pH value, the graphene and H2O2 dosages were studied using single factor test.It showed that the optimum pH value changed from 4 to 6 after the addition of graphene.The optimum grapheme dosage was 3 mg/L.The treatment effect increased continuously and then stabilized with the H2O2 dosage increasing and the H2O2 dosage was preferred to be 7 mL/L.The first-order reaction kinetics equation was conformed for Fenton reaction system.The reaction rate constant k of the Fenton system with the existence of graphene was up to 0.0632 min^-1 , which was larger than that of the traditional Fenton system.The pollutant degradation rate was obviously accelerated by graphene.
