减压蒸馏应用于粗苯工段的可行性分析

摘  要:通过分析焦化煤气粗苯蒸馏现行工艺流程,指出其存在的提取率低、能耗高且产生废水等问题和缺点,介绍了石化行业的减压蒸馏工艺。原油减压蒸馏是基于在常压下无法达到高沸点组分而采用的工艺。在蒸馏开始前先使整个系统压力降低,使有机物在较其正常沸点低得多的温度下进行蒸馏。粗苯减压蒸馏工艺降低了沸点温度,相对挥发度增大,使产品的拔出率增加,从而增加产品的产量。By analyzing the current process flow of crude benzene distillation of coking gas,this paper points out the problems and shortcomings such as low extraction rate,high energy consumption and waste water generation,and introduces the vacuum distillation process in petrochemical industry.Vacuum distillation is to reduce the pressure of the whole system before the distillation starts,so that the organic matter is distilled at a temperature much lower than its normal boiling point.The vacuum distillation of crude oil is based on a process that cannot reach high boiling point components at normal pressure.Combined with the characteristics of crude benzene distillation process,the vacuum distillation process was innovatively adopted to reduce the boiling point temperature and increase the relative volatility,thus the extraction rate of the product and the output of the product can be increased.
