摘  要:频率信号具有抗干扰性强、易于传输、测量准确度较高等优点,因此在电子产品设计中经常需要对频率信号进行测量;设计基于MSP430F149单片机捕获模块的运用,通过计算信号周期实现对频率信号的测量,同时利用滤波电路和放大电路的特性,保障了该模块的抗干扰能力,并对其相关寄存器的设置及硬件电路连接做出了详细的阐述;实现了对小信号频率的精准测量,在对35 kHz~50 kHz频率进行测量时,最大测试误差为0. 5%;该测频模块能准确地对低频信号进行测量,具有体积小、成本低、功耗低、精度高、可靠性强等优点。The frequency signal has the advantages of strong anti-interference,easy transmission and high measurement accuracy. Therefore,it is often necessary to measure the frequency signals in the design of electronic products. The design adopts MSP430F149 SCM capture module to calculate the signal period to realize the measurement of frequency signal. By applying the characteristic filter circuit and amplifying circuit,the anti-interference of the design can be guaranteed. The register setup and hardware circuit connection are described in detail. The design realizes the accurate measurement of small signal frequency. When the frequency of 35khz-50 khz is measured,the maximum test error is 0. 5%. The frequency measurement module can accurately measure the low-frequency signal,and has the advantages of small volume,low cost,low power consumption,high precision,and strong reliability.
