摘  要:随着社会的发展,能源问题日益凸显,如何有序地统筹各种能源的关系、合理高效地利用能源,是各国学者研究的重要课题。能源互联网技术是未来电网技术革命的重要发展方向。阐述了现阶段能源互联网的研究情况,提出城市能源互联网的概念;通过城市能源互联网与传统配电网的对比,得出城市能源互联网的典型特征;针对城市能源互联网的构成元素和特征,提出城市能源互联网关键影响因子集合;基于解释结构模型和层次分析法,构建了城市能源互联网影响因子评价模型,用此模型分析了3种类型城市能源互联网的影响因子,以期为城市能源互联网的优化配置、建设规划方案及运营管控模式的研究提供参考。The energy problems have become increasingly prominent with the development of society. It is an important issue for scholars in various countries how to systematically coordinate the relationship between various energy sources and to use energy efficiently. Energy Internet is the development trend of power grid in the future. This paper summarizes the development of energy Internet and puts forward the concept of urban energy Internet. The typical characteristics of urban energy Internet are obtained by analyzing the characteristics of both urban energy Internet and traditional distribution system. A set of influencing factors of urban energy Internet is put forward especially for the structure and characteristics of urban energy Internet. An assessment model of the influencing factors of urban energy Internet is constructed based on the Interpretative Structural Model and the Analytic Hierarchy Process method. The influencing factors of urban energy Internet in three different types are analyzed in order to provide a reference for the optimal allocation, the construction planning and operation control mode of the urban energy Internet.
