摘  要:阐述了火力发电厂凝汽器铜管铜试剂镀膜防腐技术,通过对凝汽器铜管铜试剂镀膜的成膜理论和实际运用中的关键技术的研究,从小型试验及膜质分析入手,并付诸工程实践加以验证,与常用的苯并三氮唑和硫酸亚铁这两种传统镀膜技术的优缺点进行比较,结果表明该技术用于发电厂凝汽器铜管镀膜可取得良好的效果。The anti-corrosion technology for copper tube with copper reagent in condenser of thermal power plant is expounded. Through the research on film formation theory and the key technology in practical application of copper reagent coating on condenser copper tube, its advantages and disadvantages are compared with two traditional coating techniques with benzotriazole and ferrous sulfate, and combining with experiments and engineering practice, it is verified that this technology can be well used for copper tube coating of power plant condensers.
