摘 要:采用两种水性氟涂料中基料(树脂、助剂部分等)氟含量测试方法,即氟离子选择电极法、氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法,分别采用干膜萃取和湿膜萃取两种前处理方法进行离心分离,对两种测试方法的结果进行分析讨论。需按照产品的种类选用最合适的萃取方式,两种测试方法综合比较,氟离子选择电极法的测试结果与理论计算值差异较小,通过校正系数可接近理论结果。Two fluorine content determination methods of base material(resin,additives.etc)in waterborne fluorocarbon coatings,namely fluoride selective electrode method and oxygen bomb combustion and spectrophotometry were introduced in this article.Discussion of test results was taken on the premise of centrifugal separation using dry membrane extraction and liquid extraction respectively.It was suggested to choose the right extraction method according to the product categories.Test results using fluoride selective electrode method approached the theoretical result multiplied by correction coefficient when calculating.
