摘　　要：OPC UA技术凭借本身设计架构的优势,已成为工业4. 0在通信实施方面首推的技术。研发了一种基于OPC UA技术的工业现场通信中间件。此中间件内部实现了OPC UA服务器,通过ModbusTCP协议,读取待采集数据并以统一格式存储在OPC UA服务器地址空间中,向其他OPC UA客户端提供数据访问服务。同时,采集的数据也会存入关系数据库中,以数据库表的形式对外提供数据访问服务。使用此中间件,可减少数据采集的工作量,且凭借OPC UA技术跨层传输数据的优点,简化工业系统间数据访问难度。In view of the advantages of OPC UA technology with its own design architecture,it has become the first push technology of industry4. 0 in communication implementation. In this paper,an industrial field communication intermediate price based on OPC UA technology is developed. The middleware implements an OPC UA server internally,and it can communicate with other OPC UA clients. It supports Modbus protocol and can read data of the device through the Modbus protocol to the address space of the OPC UA server,and then transmit it to other clients. By using this middleware,industrial field devices can provide data outward through OPC UA,simplifying the integration complexity of industrial systems.
