摘  要:服装的舒适性和功能性日益受到人们的关注。玉石基涤纶所制织物具有吸湿快干、凉爽散热的特性,被广泛应用于夏季及运动服装。玉石质量分数对纤维及织物的性能具有较大影响,通过对不同玉石质量分数圆形截面涤纶长丝纱及其针织物的力学性能、吸湿导湿性能和热性能的研究,得出:随着玉石质量分数的增加,纱线的断裂强力、断裂强度及模量都下降,摩擦因数、纱线及织物纵横向芯吸高度则先增加后减小;当玉石质量分数为7%时,织物的吸湿导湿性能、热湿舒适性能最好。The comfortability and functionality of clothing have been paid attention to.The fabric made of jade-based polyester fiber has the characteristics of moisture absorption,quick drying,cooling and heat dissipation,and is widely used in summer and sportswear.The content of jade has a great influence on the properties of fiber and fabric.The mechanical properties,moisture absorption,moisture permeability and thermal properties of circular cross-section polyester filament yarn and knitted fabrics with different jade content were studied.It is concluded that as the jade content increases,the breaking strength, breaking tenacity and modulus of the yarn decrease.The friction coefficient,the wicking height of the yarn,the longitudinal and transverse wicking height of the fabric increase first and then decrease.When the jade mass fraction is 7%,the moisture absorption,moisture permeability and the heat-moisture comfortability of the fabric are the best.
