摘  要:探讨棉织物防紫外线整理的方法和工艺。选用纳米TiO_2和不同相对分子质量的PEG(分散剂),制备防紫外线屏蔽剂,其组成为PEG、TiO_2、乙二醛、曲拉通X-100和Al_2(SO_4)_3。试验结果表明:采用浸轧法对棉织物进行防紫外线整理,整理后棉织物的UPF值最高可达到102. 3;制备的防紫外线屏蔽剂加工的防紫外线产品,所测得的UPF值都达到或超过了标准所规定的值。因此制备的防紫外线屏蔽剂具有良好的防紫外线效果。The technology and method of anti-ultraviolet finishing of cotton fabric were discussed.TiO2 and PEG with different molecular weight were used to prepare UV shielding agents,composed of PEG, TiO2 , glyoxal, Triton X 100 and Al2 (SO4)3 .The results show that the maximum of the UPF value of cotton fabric can reach 102.3 by the dip rolling method for anti-ultraviolet finishing.The UPF value of the cotton fabric treated is more than the value specified by the national standard.Therefore, it can be determined that the research on the preparation of anti-UV shielding agent has a good anti-ultraviolet effect.
