息痛巴布膏外贴联合刺络放血治疗急性腰扭伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨息痛巴布膏外贴联合刺络放血治疗急性腰扭伤的镇痛效果、安全性及临床疗效。方法选取86例急性腰扭伤患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组,各43例。两组均予刺络放血治疗,治疗组再予息痛巴布膏外贴治疗。观察两组治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分、Oswestry腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI),以及治疗过程中的不良反应。结果经不同治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、ODI评分明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 01);对照组总有效率83. 8%(36/43),治疗组97. 7%(42/43),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4. 962,P=0. 026 <0. 05)。两组治疗过程中均未见严重不良反应。结论息痛巴布膏外贴联合刺络放血治疗急性腰扭伤镇痛效果显著,能有效改善腰椎活动度,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the analgesic effect,safety and clinical efficacy on acute lumbar sprain treated with xitong cataplasms and bloodletting therapy. Methods A total of 86 patients of acute lumbar sprain were randomized into a control group and a treatment group,43 cases in each one. The bloodletting acupuncture therapy was used in the two groups. Additionally,xitong cataplasm was provided in the treatment group. Before and after treatment,VAS score,ODI and the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,VAS and ODI scores in the treatment group were lower obviously than the control group,indicating the significant differences(P < 0. 01).The total effective rate was 83. 8% in the control group and was 97. 7% in the treatment group,indicating the significant difference(χ2= 4. 962,P = 0. 026 < 0. 05). No serious adverse reaction was found during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion The combined treatment with xitong cataplasm and bloodletting therapy achieves the significant analgesic effect on acute lumbar sprain. This treatment effectively improves the range of movement of the lumbar vertebra and the clinical effects.
