温针灸治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨温针灸治疗脑卒中后肌张力增高的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月至2017年12月住院及门诊脑卒中同时伴有患侧肢体痉挛的患者80例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组在治疗组的基础上给予温针灸治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后临床效果、生存质量(QOL)评分、改良Ashworth量表(MAS)评分、四肢简化运动功能量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数评估表(MBI)评分和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后治疗有效率明显升高,MAS、ADL评分明显降低,QOL、FMA、MBI评分明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论温针灸能显著降低脑卒中患者的肌张力,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effects on post-stroke hypermyotonia treated with warm acupuncture. Methods From December 2015 to December 2017,80 inpatients or outpatients of stroke complicated with spasm of the affected limbs were divided into a control group and an observation group,40 cases in each one according to the random number table. In the control group,the rehabilitation training was provided. In the observation group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,warm acupuncture was supplemented. Before and after treatment,the clinical effects,the quality of life(QOL) score,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS) score,the simplified fugl-meyer assessment(FMA) score,the modified Barthel index(MBI) score and the activity of daily life(ADL) score were observed in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate was increased obviously in the observation group,MAS and ADL scores were reduced obviously,QOL,FMA and MBI scores were increased obviously after treatment,indicating the signficiant differences(P < 0. 05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture significantly reduces post-stroke hypermyotonia and improves the quality of life in the patients.
