疏肝益气固涩法治疗早泄的探究

摘　　要：早泄是男性最常见的性功能障碍之一,常在插入阴道2 min内发生,患者多不能延长射精时间。早泄严重影响患者的生活质量,易导致负面精神情绪,甚至引起家庭不和谐。中医从情志因素治疗早泄已得到很大重视,由此文章通过探究"疏肝益气固涩法"的中医理论和阐述中医对早泄的认识,为此法在临床上应用提供理论依据。并通过中医对早泄的病因病机分析,阐述"疏肝益气固涩法"以"疏肝为基以治泄,益气为枢以调泄,固涩为标以止泄"治疗早泄的可行性,拓展中医对早泄治疗与研究的新思路。Premature ejaculation is one of the most common sexual dysfunction in males. It occurs within 2 min penile stimulation in vagina. The patient fails to control over ejaculation. Premature ejaculation seriously affects the quality of life in the patient,which brings the mental stress and even the family harmony. In TCM,the emotional factors are greatly considered in the treatment of premature ejaculation. In the paper,the smoothing liver,replenishing qi and astringency method was explored in terms of TCM theory and the recognition of premature ejaculation in TCM was explained so as to provide the theoretic evidences for the treatment. By analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of premature ejaculation in TCM,it was found that the therapy for smoothing liver,replenishing qi and astringency was feasible in the treatment,in which,smoothing liver is the foundation,replenishing qi is the pivot for regulation of seminal emission and astringency is for the treatment of symptom. A new approach is explored in TCM to the research and treatment of premature ejaculation in TCM.
