摘　　要：培养合格的皮肤科专业医师,必须加强皮肤科住院医师规范化培训(住培)的质量,本文从基地建设、师资建设、教学查房三个方面对此进行探讨。皮肤科住培基地必须加快基地建设,足够数量的门诊患者和住院患者以及相关的诊疗设备是住院医师系统学习和管理疾病的基本保障。临床师资是住培基地的核心力量,也是影响医学人才培养的关键因素,皮肤科基地需要采取科学合理的师资遴选和奖惩制度,并通过不断的培训、学习,打造出一支高素质和高质量的师资队伍。教学查房是以真实的临床病例为教学内容,以临床诊治能力和临床思维能力培养为目标的教学活动,是住院医师规范化培训的重要手段和内容之一。每个专业住培基地需根据各自的特点,统筹和完善教学查房的方法和内容。在临床实际工作中,我们采取两种教学查房模式,即以教师为主体的教学查房模式和以学员为主体的教学查房模式。通过这两种模式的教学查房,分别侧重教师和学员,真正达到教师和学员共同学习和进步的目的。With the gradual development of standardized residency training,how to improve residents’clinical knowledge and skills systematically through the training has become an important issue faced in the programs.The diagnosis and treatment of endocrine diseases involves many clinical disciplines,so it is difficult to achieve the ideal teaching effect by traditional teaching methods.With the development of multi-disciplinary cooperative teaching model,it is reasonable to introduce this model into residency training and help the residents master the knowledge of relevant disciplines and improve the comprehensive abilities of diagnosing and treating complicated patients.We applied the multi-disciplinary collaborative teaching model in the standardized residency training process,the specific form of which involves small lectures,difficult case discussion and teaching rounds.Endocrinologists as well as multidisciplinary experts teach and discuss together,communicate with residents and could accumulate more experience in teaching.Both doctors and residents could benefit from these activities.Multi-disciplinary cooperative teaching model is a novel educational concept and can be evaluated with various methods,which is worthy of application in the clinical teaching activities.
