摘　　要：安史之乱是唐代茶文化发展的节点。安史之乱前,唐代茶叶的物质属性大于文化属性,饮茶风习在全国文化重心的北方不普及,在作为文化行为主体的文人中不流行,此时的社会历史条件不支持茶文化的高速发展和繁荣。安史之乱虽给唐朝经济社会带来巨大破坏,但客观上却成为中、晚唐茶文化发展的重要机缘,表现在安史之乱促进饮茶风习及茶文化在北方的传播;拓展了对茶文化发展起中坚作用的文人饮茶主体,完成了唐代茶文化的理论化和艺术化;强化了茶文化隐逸的属性,使唐代茶文化发展水平提升至新高度。The An-shi Rebellion is the turning point of the development of tea culture in the Tang Dynasty. Before the An-shi Rebellion, the material property of tea in the Tang Dynasty was greater than its cultural property. The tea drinking habits were not popular in the northern part of the national cultural center, and tea culture was not popular among the literati who were subject of cultural behavior. In brief, the social and historical conditions at this time did not support the rapid development of tea culture. Although the An-shi Rebellion brought great damage to the Tang Dynasty’s economy and society, it has become an important opportunity for the development of the tea culture in the mid-later period of Tang Dynasty. The An-shi Rebellion promoted the spread of tea drinking habits in the north, laid the social foundation for the development of tea culture; expanded the group of main drinkers of tea, which played a strong role in the development of tea culture and completed the theorization and art of tea culture in the Tang Dynasty; strengthened the tea culture property of secluded life, making the development of tea culture in the Tang Dynasty to a new level
