摘　　要：目的分析住院患者接受中医护理时发生烫伤的原因,探索相应的护理对策及防护措施。方法回顾性分析中医护理不当导致的6例烫伤不良事件,对发生不良事件的分类、患者因素、护理因素进行分析,提出具有针对性的防范措施。结果主要原因包括护士对防烫伤认知薄弱,操作前对患者的基本情况、烫伤史、耐热程度及病情评估不充分,对烫伤预见不足未能及时发觉患者用热情况;患者及其家属在热疗时不遵守操作规程。结论加强护理管理和护理团队的培训与考核。Objective To analyze the potential causes of scald injury during implementation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing,and to summarize corresponding nursing countermeasures and protective measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 6 cases of adverse scald injury caused by improper implementation of TCM nursing techniques,The classification of adverse events,patient-related factors and nursing-related factors were analyzed,and targeted preventive measures were proposed.Results The main reasons of scald injury included several aspects as follows: the nurses’ pooraw areness of scald injury prevention,insufficient health education,inadequate assessment of patients’ basic conditions,history of scald,heat resistance and condition before operation,inadequate prediction of scald as ignoring patients’ response to the heat,patients or their family members failed to follow operation procedure during the implementation of heat therapy.Conclusion It is required to enhance the nursing management and strengthen the training and assessment of nursing team.
