摘　　要：目的编制适用于我国围手术期患者压力性损伤(PI)风险评估量表,帮助临床护理人员评估围手术期PI发生的危险因素。方法通过查阅文献综述法、半结构式访谈法及参考M unro风险评估量表(成人)初步建立评估指标体系,之后应用德尔菲法(Delphi)对25名专家进行2轮咨询,对初步建立的评估指标体系进行筛选、修改,形成终版评估量表。结果最终确立的风险评估指标包括一级指标3个,二级指标15个。结论初步建立了改良版Munro风险评估量表,为护理人员预防围手术期患者PI发生提供了一定的参考依据。Objective To develop the pressure injury(PI) risk assessment scale applicable for perioperative patients in China so as to help nurses to evaluate the risk factors of PI in perioperative period.Methods Based on literatures review,semi-structured interview and the reference to Munro(adult) assesment scale,the preliminary assesment index system was established,and screened and modified to form a final assesmnet scale after two rounds of consultation with 25 experts were conducted by Delphi method.Results The final risk assessment indicators include 3 primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators.Conclusion The development of the modified Munro risk assessment scale was preliminarily established,which provides a reference basis for nurses to prevent the occurrence of PI in perioperative patients.
