中药安神枕改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗期间睡眠质量的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药安神枕改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗期间睡眠质量的效果和安全性。方法 120例妇科恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组和对照组,各60例。放射治疗期间,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药安神枕。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评定干预效果。结果干预后,观察组患者PSQI量表中睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、白天功能和总分均低于对照组(P <0.01)。干预后观察组患者QLQ-C30量表角色功能、情绪功能和总体健康等方面评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论应用中药安神枕能改善妇科恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗期间的睡眠质量和生活质量,且安全易实施。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of using Chinese herbal medicine Anshen pillow to improve the sleep quality of patients with radiotherapy for gynecologic malignant tumor.Methods Totally 120 patients with radiotherapy for gynecologic malignant tumor were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients of both two groups received routine care during treatment,and those in the observation group were given Chinese herbal medicine Anshen pillow.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and EORTC Core Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ-C30) were used to investigate the sleep quality and quality of life in patients.Results Patients in the observation group achieved lower scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep efficacy,sleep disorder,daily function and total score of PSQI compared with those in the control group after intervention(P < 0.01).The scores of role function,emotion function and general health condition were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine Anshen pillow is an effective and safe tool to improve the sleep quality of patients with radiotherapy for gynecologic malignant tumor.
