摘　　要：目的探讨无痛肠镜检查术后重度腹部胀气患者的护理对策。方法对2016年3月—2018年6月行无痛肠镜检查术后出现重度腹部胀气的13例患者,均予以腹部按摩、热敷、雷火灸、手法排气等处理及精心护理。结果 13例患者腹部胀气症状经处理后在3 h内均能消失。结论对无痛肠镜检查术后严重腹部胀气患者经腹部按摩、热敷、雷火灸、手法排气等护理能有效消除腹胀症状,消除患者痛苦,提高患者舒适度。Objective To explore the nursing measures of postoperative severe abdominal distension in patients with painless enteroscopy.Methods Totally 13 patients with severe abdominal distension after painless enteroscopy from March 2016 to June 2018 were given abdominal massage,hot compress,thunder-fire moxibustion and manual ventilation as well as careful nursing.Results All patients were relieved from severe abdominal distension within 3h after nursing.Conclusion Nursing measures such as abdominal massage,hot compress,thunder-fire moxibustion and manual ventilation can relieve patients from severe abdominal distension after painless enteroscopy and improve patients’ comforts.
