摘　　要：目的调查维持性血液透析患者智谋现况,分析相关影响因素。方法使用自制一般资料调查表和智谋量表,采用便利抽样方法,对衡阳市某2所三级甲等医院200例维持性血液透析患者进行调查。结果维持性血液透析患者智谋总分为(66.82±17.39)分,个人智谋得分(39.25±11.24)分高于社会智谋得分(27.24±8.05)分。文化程度、家庭人均月收入是患者智谋水平的影响因素(P <0.05)。结论维持性血液透析患者智谋处于中等水平,低学历、低收入患者的智谋水平较低,应成为临床护理工作者重点关注的对象。Objective To investigate the level of resourcefulness among patients with maintenance hemodialysis and to analyze its influential factors.Methods Totally 200 patients with maintenance hemodialysis from two Grade-A hospitals in Hengyang were selected by the convenient sampling method.They were investigated by using a self-made general information questionnaire and the Resourcefulness Scale(RS).Results The total RS score of patients with maintenance hemodialysis was(66.82 ± 17.39),and the personal RS score(39.25 ± 11.24) was higher than the social RS score(27.24 ± 8.05).The education level and monthly per-capita income were the influencing factors of the resourcefulness level of patients(P < 0.05).Conclusion The resourcefulness of patients in this study was in the moderate level.M ore attention should be paid to those maintenance hemodialysis patients with loweducation level and income.
