摘  要:目的探讨小儿胸心外科重症监护室(CICU)专科护士岗前培训中"(1+1)~3培训"模式应用效果。方法采用"(1+1)~3培训"模式("探索问题+师生合作""视频课堂+线下座谈""理论争鸣+情景操作"三位一体)对2016年1月—2017年12月24名新入CICU的专科护士(观察组)进行培训,与2014年1月—2015年12月采用传统培训模式进行培训的24名新入CICU的专科护士(对照组)进行比较。对比2组培训后理论考核成绩,评价护士对培训模式的满意度。结果培训后,观察组理论成绩得分(96.96±1.65)分,高于对照组(71.96±2.31)分(P <0.01)。观察组对培训效果的满意度评分(95.50±2.60)分,高于对照组(84.21±2.57)分(P <0.01)。同事评价中,观察组得分高于对照组(P <0.01),说明"(1+1)~3培训"模式下新入科护士的工作能力更得同事的认可。结论采用"(1+1)~3培训"模式能够提高CICU新入科专科护士岗前培训效果质量。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of a cubed mode of “1+1” in pre-job training of nurse specialists in pediatric cardiac intensive care unit (CICU).Methods Totally 24 nurse specialists recruited from January 2016 and December 2017 in pediatric CICU were set as the observation group.A cubed mode of “1+1” was carried out in pre-job training,which included problem exploration and students-teacher cooperation,video-based class and offline discussion,theory debate and scenario-based practice.Another 24 nurse specialists recruited from January 2014 and December 2015 were included as the control group,received a routine method in pre-job training.The results of theory examination were compared between two groups,and the satisfactory of nurses on training mode was assessed.Results Nurses in the observation group achieved a higher score of theory examination compared with those in the control group (96.96±1.65 vs.71.96±2.31,P<0.01).Nurses in the observation group were more satisfied with the training mode compared with those in the control group (95.50±2.60 vs.84.21±2.57,P<0.01).Nurses in the observation group achieved a higher score of peer assessment compared with those in the control group(P<0.01),which indicated a higher acceptance of working capacity.Conclusion The cubed mode of “1+1” was effective to improve the efficacy of the pre-job training for nurse specialists in pediatric CICU.
