摘　　要：本研究回顾了1例脑室-腹腔分流术后分流管经肛门体外脱出患者的治疗和护理措施。针对患者临床症状,医护人员应完善术前准备和心理护理,加强术后病情观察、饮食指导、疼痛护理、伤口护理和引流管护理。This paper retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 patient with transanal prolapse of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt catheter after ventriculoperitoneal shunt.In addition to the treatment of intestinal perforation,nursing measures including preoperative preparation,psychological care,postoperative monitoring,dietary guidance,pain control,wound care and drainage tube maintenance.
