摘　　要：现在各大企业已经通过协同办公及内网邮件等系统实现线上办公自动化,但线下对文件中数据处理大多仍通过人工或者借助office等软件的自带函数方式实现。人工处理方式效率较低,自带函数设计过程复杂,不能处理多个文件中的数据,对所处理数据格式有严格要求,因此两种方式均不能高效、灵活地处理数据。借助JXL开源工具可将文件中的数据读出至后台程序进行处理,并将处理结果作为输出写入文件中,以实现对数据的灵活处理,从而提升数据处理效率,实现办公数据自动化处理。Nowadays,major corporations have automated online offices through collaborative office and intranet e-mail systems.However,most of the offline data processing in documents is still carried out manually or through the use of functions of office software.The manual processing method is low efficiency,and the design process of the self-contained function is complex,and cannot process data in multiple files.Moreover,it has strict requirements on the format of the processed data.Therefore,both methods cannot process data with high efficiency and flexibility.With the JXL open source tool,the data in the file can be read out to the program for processing,and the processing result can be written as an output to the file,so as to realize the flexible processing of the data.The data processing efficiency is improved and the automation of the office data was implemented.
