摘 要:智能快件信报投递系统及应用模式研究具有重要意义。随着快递业务量的急速增长,快递企业在快件处理及配送过程中面临着巨大的压力,快递"最后一公里"配送问题逐渐成为制约快递企业发展的短板。智能快递柜以其独特的优势成为未来快递末端配送的发展趋势。但是现有智能快递柜在实际应用过程中也表现出诸如功能不完善、格口空间浪费、应用推广受限等不足之处。文中对现有智能快递柜在功能以及应用推广方面进行完善,以缓解上述问题。The research on Intelligent express mail delivery system and its application mode is of great significance.With the rapid growth of express business,express companies are facing tremendous pressure in the process of express delivery processing and distribution.The “last kilometer” distribution problem of express delivery has gradually become a short board restricting the development of express enterprises.Intelligent express cabinet with its unique advantages will become the future development trend of express terminal distribution.However,the existing intelligent express cabinet in the actual application process also shows such deficiencies as imperfect functions,waste of space,application and promotion limitations.This paper attempts to improve the function and application of the existing intelligent express cabinet in order to alleviate the above problems.
