摘  要:无人值守送料装置是工业自动化生产线的关键组成部分,它克服了传统人工送料效率低、速度慢和安全隐患大的问题。为此,本文结合某企业的技术改造要求,设计了一套无人值守自动送料设备,自动送料设备传动部分选用了具有主、副两个螺旋传动的机构,实现了送料过程的无堵塞;电气动控制采用了PLC、光电传感器、电磁阀、GSM手机监控系统等,实现了送料机装料、移动、出料等过程的自动化及在线监控。生产实践表明,该装置有效的提高了劳动生产率,具有较好的经济效益。An automatic feed device with unattended operation is an important part of automatic industrial manufacturing line. In order to overcome the problems of manual feeding stuff with low efficiency and big hidden danger,according to the technical transformation requirements of an enterprise,designed an automatic feed device which has the advantages of unattended operaton and non-clogging,used a non-blocking screw conveyer which has a main or vice machine. Designing of electro-pneumatic used PLC,photoelectric sensor,solenoid valve System design of mobile video monitor based on GSM,etc. The automation and on-line monitoring of the feeding,moving,discharging and other processes of the feeder are realized. Through the practice operation,the device was of positive significance in improving labor productivity and good economic benefit.
