摘　　要：目的对医院门诊挂号进行有效疏导和分流,解决挂号难的问题。方法整合预约途径,优化预约流程,实时与医院信息系统互联互通。结果患者通过预约方式挂号的比例从不足20%到平均80%以上,每日预约量从原来的不足1 000到现在平均3 000以上。结论通过设计并实现符合医院需求的预约挂号平台,可有效缓解挂号难的局面,提升门诊服务质量,取得良好的应用效果。Objective To relieve the problem of queuing up for hospital registration by extending appointment registration channels. Methods To construct a hospital appointment registration platform through integrating various appointment registration channels, optimizing appointment registration processes and interconnecting with Hospital Information System. Results The daily registration by appointment has risen from less than 1 000 to an average of over 3 000 now. The proportion of patients registered by appointment has risen from less than 20% to over 80% in average. Conclusion This hospital appointment registration platform satisfies our requirements and promotes the efficiency in appointment registration, alleviate the difficulties of registration and improve the quality of outpatient service.
