摘　　要：选取中日友好医院医联体、无锡市人民医院医联体、瑞金-卢湾区域医联体等3个发展较为成熟的区域医联体进行案例分析,了解"互联网+健康"背景下区域医联体信息化建设现状,分析问题并提出建议。目前,区域医联体信息化建设主要存在监督管理机制不健全、信息化建设水平低、信息孤岛现象严重等问题。建议出台监督管理条例、完善相关规章制度,为医联体信息化建设提供政策保障;医联体成员之间加强沟通,实现信息互通共享。Taking China-Japan Friendship medical alliance,Wuxi People’s Hospital medical alliance and Ruijin-Luwan regional medical alliance as examples,status quo of regional medical alliance information construction under background of internet+health have been discussed.It showed that incomplete supervision mechanism,poor information system and information islands were main problems in regional medical alliance information construction.Suggestions such as making supervision regulation,completing support policy,strengthening communication and information sharing among medical alliance members were presented.
