摘　　要：利益整合是政治整合的基础性维度。在现代化分化和中国特色社会主义新时代,制度文明建设已经成为推进利益整合的根本路径。理念文明引导利益整合,规则文明规范利益整合,机构文明保障利益整合,设备文明促进利益整合。这些已经成为推进新时代利益整合的规律性认识,体现了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的科学构成。十八大以来,党和政府遵循制度文明建设推进利益整合的内在逻辑,取得了推进利益整合的重要进展,意味着对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的深入把握与高度自觉。Integration of interests is the basic dimension of political integration,and the construction of system civilization has become the fundamental path to promote integration of interests under the conditions of modern division and the new era of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.The concept civilization guides integration of interests,the rule civilization normalizes integration of interests,the institution civilization protects integration of interests,and the equipment civilization promotes integration of interests,which have become a regular understanding of advancing integration of interests in the new era reflecting the scientific composition of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Party and the government have followed the inherent logic of promoting integration of interests by the construction of system civilization since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and made important progress in promoting integration of interests.That means that we have a deep grasp and a high consciousness of the rules on governing of the Communist Party,socialist construction and the development of human society.
