摘　　要：茶馆是展现抗战时期成都的日常生活、城市文化、社交网络和地方政治的最好窗口,职场文化则是社会文化的一个缩影。民国时期成都茶馆工人和顾客的各种关系,男堂倌与女茶房之间的冲突,人们对茶馆工人的态度和看法以及工会怎样保护其会员和解决内部纠纷,都映射出茶馆工人们的社会形象与生存处境。对战时成都的茶馆工人和茶馆职场文化的研究为我们提供了一个很好的机会,去审视当时在血腥战场背后城市贫民的生活状况和处境,并了解在这个关键时期,这些小人物们的命运是如何与整个中国的社会、经济、政治境况联系在一起的。The teahouse is the best window to show people’s daily life,urban culture,social network,and local politics in the city.Workplace culture is a microcosm of social culture.This paper examines the various relationships between teahouse workers and customers during the Republican China period,the conflicts between male and female teahouse employees,the attitudes and views of people towards teahouse workers,and the way labor unions protected their members and resolved internal disputes.The study of teahouse workers and workplace culture in Chengdu during the War Against Japanese Invasion(1937-45)provides us with a good opportunity to explore the living conditions of the urban poor behind the bloody battlefield and to understand the experience of the urban poor in this critical period,and how the fate of these lower-class people was linked to the social,economic and political situation of China as a whole.
