喜炎平注射液静脉给药联合野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察喜炎平注射液静脉给药联合野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法 172例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,各86例。对照组给予喜炎平注射液静脉给药等治疗,实验组在对照组基础上给予野菊花注射液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前及治疗3 d后高热、咽痛、疱疹、饮食不振症状积分变化情况;比较两组患儿治疗7 d后临床疗效;比较两组患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间、进食恢复时间。结果治疗前,两组患儿高热、咽痛、疱疹、食欲不振症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3 d后,两组患儿的高热、咽痛、疱疹、食欲不振症状积分均较本组治疗前降低,且实验组降低程度优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿总有效率为98.8%,高于对照组的91.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿退热时间(2.26±0.45)d、疱疹消失时间(2.85±0.54)d、进食恢复时间(2.64±0.41)d均短于对照组的(3.58±0.68)、(4.56±0.84)、(4.76±0.68)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疱疹性咽峡炎患儿给予喜炎平注射液静脉给药联合野菊花注射液雾化治疗可有效改善患儿临床症状。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping injection combined with wild chrysanthemum injection for aerosol inhalation in the treatment of herpetic angina. Methods A total of 172 children with herpetic angina as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 86 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xiyanping injection for intravenous administration, and the experimental group was treated with wild chrysanthemum injection for aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on the integral changes of hyperthermia, pharyngeal pain, herpes and dietary symptoms before and after 3 d of treatment, clinical efficacy after 7 d of treatment, antipyretic time, herpes disappearance time, and eating recovery time between the two groups. Results Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in hyperthermia, pharyngeal pain, herpes and dietary symptoms integral(P>0.05). After
