摘 要:目的探讨复发性尿路感染的细菌检验、药敏情况对临床用药的意义。方法选取60例复发性尿路感染患者作为研究对象,将患者的尿液进行细菌培养,并对检查结果中的细菌进行药敏试验,分析结果。结果细菌检验共检出4891个/ml细菌,大肠埃希杆菌检出率为61.3%,铜绿假单胞菌检出率为21.0%,变形杆菌检出率为11.8%,其他细菌(产气杆菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、粪链球菌等)检出率为5.9%。头孢类抗生素的耐药性最高,亚胺培南的敏感度最强。结论尿路感染常反复发作,细菌培养对尿路感染意义重大,在药物选择上可以提供有意义的参考,其中大肠埃希杆菌最多,亚胺培南的敏感度最强。Objective To discuss the significance of bacterial test and drug sensitivity of recurrent urinary tract infection for clinical drug use. Methods A total of 60 patients with recurrent urinary tract infections were taken as study subjects. The urine of the patients was cultured for bacteria, and the bacteria in the test results were tested for drug sensitivity, and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 4891 bacteria/ml were detected in the bacteria test. The detection rate of Escherichia coli was 61.3%, the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 21.0%, the detection rate of Proteus was 11.8%, and the detection rate of other bacteria(Aerogenes, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Streptococcus faecalis) was 5.9%. The resistance of cephalosporins is the highest, and the sensitivity of imipenem is the strongest. Conclusion Urinary tract infections is offten recurrent. Bacterial culture is of great significance to urinary tract infections, and can provide meaningful reference in drug selection. Escherichia coli is the most common pathogen and imipenem is the most sensitive.
