家长体育参与对大学生体育态度和行为影响的研究

摘　　要：大学生的身体健康发展不仅受到学校体育教学的影响,而且还受到原生家庭的影响,家长的体育参与对学生的体育态度而言,是一个极为重要有影响大的因素.因此本研究采用实验、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,以120名大学生及其家长作为对象,首先通过问卷调查,一方面从体育参与态度和体育参与行为两个方面来统计和总结出家长体育参与的现状,另一方面总结和概括出大学生体育态度及行为的现状,然后利用相关性分析法来探讨和分析家长体育参与对大学生体育态度和行为的影响.为促进大学生体质健康发展,促进大学生终身体育的形成提供新的方向.The physical health development of college students is not only affected by the school physical education, but also by the family of origin. The parents’ physical education participation is a very important and influential factor for students’ physical education attitude. So this research adopts the methods of experiment,questionnaire and mathematical statistics, in 120 college students and their parents as an object.Through the questionnaire survey, from the two aspects of sports participation attitude and participation behavior,this papersummarizes the current situation of sports participation, college students’ sports attitude and behavior of the status quo, and by the correlation analysis method explores the parents’ sports participation influence on college students’ sports attitude and behavior. It provides a new direction for the healthy development of college students and the formation of lifelong sports.
