多元化社会时期编辑伦理秩序的重构

摘　　要：在我国多元化社会时期,物质利益和价值观多元化的外部社会环境及出版行业的职业道德规范不完善、监管不力、编辑自身道德要求不严等因素,造成部分编辑职业道德意识淡薄、社会责任意识不足、片面追求私利等伦理失范现象.编辑伦理建设是个系统工程,需要通过完善编辑职业道德规范的操作性、强化编辑职业道德行为的监管、加强编辑职业道德教育、大力宣传编辑道德模范事迹等途径以重构编辑伦理秩序.In the period of pluralistic society in our country, the external social environment with diversified material interests and values, imperfect professional ethics and regulations in publishing industry, ineffective supervision, and unscrupulous editors’ own morality caused some editors to lose their awareness of professional ethics and social responsibility and pursuefor self-interest. The reconstruction of editorial ethics is a systematic project. It is necessary to rebuild editorial ethics by improving the operability of editorial ethics,strengthening the supervision of editorial ethics and editorial ethics education.
