摘 要:为探究化学修饰氨基酸残基以提升蚕丝蛋白的耐光稳定性能,实验合成了含伯氨基的反应性苯并三唑结构化合物,并基于三组分Mannich反应机制将苯并三唑结构键合至蚕丝蛋白大分子上,并设置了其他对比工艺对蚕丝进行修饰;采用Lambda 950紫外分光光度仪测试修饰蚕丝在紫外波段的透过率,并计算其UPF值;对比测试分析修饰前后蚕丝的光老化性能.结果表明,合成的苯并三唑结构可基于三组分Mannich反应机制修饰到蚕丝蛋白大分子上,修饰后蚕丝耐光稳定性能提升;化学修饰法处理的蚕丝皂洗处理后UPF值变化较小,具有较好的耐湿处理牢度.In order to explore the chemically modified amino acid residues to enhance the light stability of silk protein,experiments were carried out to synthesize the reactive benzotriazole structural compounds containing primary amino groups and to bond the benzotriazole structure to the silk protein macromolecules based on the three component Mannich reaction mechanism and to set up other comparative processes for the silk modification.The Lambda950 UV spectrophotometer was used to test the UV transmittance of the modified silk and the UPF value was calculated.The photo-aging properties of the silk before and after modification were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the synthesized benzotriazole structure can be modified to the silk protein macromolecule based on the three-component Mannich reaction mechanism.After the modification,the light fastness stability of the silk was improved.Meanwhile,the UPF value changes little after the silk soaping treatment of chemical modification and have a good wet fastness.
