摘  要:本文旨在设计用于驱动高速紫外半导体激光二极管(LD)的开关调制电路.首先介绍了激光高速调制约束技术与半导体激光器的阈值特性;然后,设计了高速紫外LD的开关调制电路系统,以及匹配的光学设计系统和机械设计系统,从而实现了具体的高速、高功率紫外调制源;最后,对高重频、高功率的紫外LD进行了性能检验,达到指标要求.In recent years,the rapid development of 3D printing technology has been hailed as the“third industrial revolution”.In order to improve the printing speed double 3D printer,3D printing equipment reduce volume weight,improve portability,this paper design and manufacture for a high repetition rate,high power 3D printing UV laser modulation source.The purpose of this paper is to design a switching modulation circuit for driving high-speed UV laser diodes(LDs).Firstly,the laser high speed modulation constraint technology and the threshold characteristics of semiconductor lasers are introduced.Then,the switching system of the high-speed ultraviolet LD is designed,and the matching optical design system and the mechanical design system are designed to realize the concrete high speed,high power ultraviolet Modulation source;finally,the high frequency,high power UV LD performance test,to meet the requirements of indicators.
